hi, have tried looking but cant find when i try to install custom golfers i follow the instructions but they don't show up in the game... any help would be great

Hi, lets try to install one of the custom golfers of: TW08 Golfers 6
( you can find it in section: Utilities...Utilities and files for TW08....Custom golfers )
Here is how to install custom golfers into Tiger Woods 2008:
First extract or unzip the downloaded TW08 Golfers 6 zipfile.
When you extracted or unzipped the zipfile, you will see a folder: TW08 Golfers 6
Inside folder TW08 Golfers 6, you will see a lot of Custom players folders.....and below the folders you will find a lot of files (.plr .aia .hal .cal )
1. Put the Custom Player folder (For example, Alan Dunbar) and the .plr file into: MyDoc/Tw08/Career/Players
2.Put the Ability files (.aia,.hal,.cal) in: MyDoc/Tw08/Ability
Example:
You want to install cyustom player: Alan Dunbar
Copy the folder: Alan Dunbar....and paste it in folder: Players
MyDoc/Tw08/Career/Players
After that copy the file: Alan Dunbar.plr
And also paste it in folder: Players
MyDoc/Tw08/Career/Players
After that copy the 3 files:
Alan Dunbar.aia
Alan Dunbar.hal
Alan Dunbar.cal
And paste the 3 files in folder: Ability
MyDoc/Tw08/Ability
Note:
XP users: you can find mydoc on your desktop
Win7 and Vista: on desktop look for: User (or username)
Inside User (or username).....you will find: Documents |

on some EA made custom Players like Arnold Palmer theres another file that has to be installed
1) Place .dds file in Progamfiles/EaSports/TW08/Data/Players
on this type of player nothing can be altered , like change ball or features and clubs |
