Hi Guys,
What is the difference between PGAX courses and regular courses? Oakmont for TW08 is a non PGAX course. Oakmont Country Club is PGAX course. Oakmont CC is a much more difficult course.

Hiya Bill...
PGAX or CGX courses are courses made by a group of designers. Their homepage or website is: http://www.cgxtour.com/
It is a paying site. We used to have a lot of CGX or PGAX courses, but they were removed here on request of CGX site.
There is no difference with other courses, they are created with the same Course architect tool. |

| Don't really know why they no have courses on this site. Those guys do a lot of work building every golf course. Read they did a ver of St Andrews would have liked to have seen it and also have a look at the structure work they did. |

| The St Andrews version was done by me when I was with PGAX/CGX. It may have been updated since, but it IS on this site. Its just not badged as CGX |
