I really like the box score being displayed constantly since I discovered gunpower's mod. But the dialogue box (both offline and on) overlaps. Is there a way to move that? I think the box score in the upper left hand corner is the ideal place.

I don t think you can move the dialogue box.
But you can move the player box on any place: Go with your mouse on the centre of your players face,hold the right button of your mouse, and you can drag your player icon to any place on the screen. |

Right....I know you can do that, but to put it anyplace else is not ideal..... probably some configuration in a file somewhere where Id have no idea how to manipulate it.
addendum: the path may be this: C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Data\Images\Game\MessageBox
....checking into a .dds plug-in for my Photoshop program now.
Ok...I got an NVIDIA plugin to work with DDS files but when I go to save I have no idea what format to use. |

always use the original format
.dds
dxt3 - explcit alpha
mipmaps for ingame images like flag etc
not sure if message box needs it |

| I'm thinking some of these text locations may be manipulated via some hidden file. There is a font folder with files that I just cant' open, but I think those are only for the type of font, not their placement. |

Yes loads of things are hidden in the game engine, and can t be modified.
You can modify the dds files and sound files etc....., but you can t modify when and where they will appear on the screen. |
