im getting a system error when opening 08 the error is

tw2008.exe system error
the program can't start because d3dx9_32.dll is missing from your computer try reinstalling the program
to fix this problem.

i did a search and this program is on my computer

anyone know what is up with this

well got er fixed,just did a search for reinstall the dll file it took me to a site that fixed the problem.
now i got to go throw out all the crap i got while downloading the file
