Why does it look so bland compaired to the ea stock courses?
I have settings on high and a decent video card a gtx 460 and the water alwayts looks like a flat calm.

Hi...

You will have to set shader level: low ( or medium ). That will fix the water problem.
Start TW08...on main screen go to: Options.....Graphics....and set graphics to: manual settings
Now you will see: Shader level....set shader level: Low ( or medium ).
