Can anyone help me with installing the CL Tool for cloaking courses in my game.
I could not find a read me text in the download.
My operating system is Window Vista Home Premium 64 bit.
I have my TW08 and Caddy08 on my 32 bit Program files x86.

Hiya Jim...

You probably downloaded the wrong file.
You need the file: No course clicking in TW08.
There is a readme file included.

Thank You for the help with Jim, Gunpower. I got it installed and working for him and also dragged the exe file to the desktop so he has an Icon to open it with.
