I have noticed some are having trouble with sebonack...can someone who is having difficulty try this test version...if it works better I'll reupload so everyone can enjoy it...not promising it will be better, but it is a version with no background sounds added. this is the only thing I can think of that would cause the glitch....note if you try it it will be first game on your list as it starts with 1.
Let me know if it works better please |

Hiya JJhold... Thanks for the hard work.
Yesterday i played Sebonack on XP: no problems at all.
Today i installed and tried the course on Win7 64bit: Course crashed when loading, loading bar went to 40% and crashed to desktop. Tried to load the course several times, always crashed to desktop.
So i installed the Sebonack test course and played on Win7 64 bit: Sebonack test played perfect, no problems at all, played very smooth and no crashes.

I think you may have something there concerning the course sound. I have just remembered a course called Port Craigie Island designed by Alan Portway back in April 2010. The course kept crashing for me on certain holes, but played OK for other people. I emailed back and forth to the designer at the time and he came to the conclusion that it was the sound causing the problem, but he could not work out why. |

I have no problems with either course Sebonack original or 1Sebonack. ?Can it be a persons Graphics card that causes crashes, mine is not the newest of things. Win XP SP3. Nvidia Ge Force GT430 Driver Version -6.14.12.8558. Direct x 9c

Slightly off topic , this is the Original course Sedonka 1st Hole Graphics ? short video, i saw this from in the Bunker, you can see through the bunker lip or edge and see the Ocean over the back of this hole?. |

Argon, that looks like a transparent texture problem. If any texture exceeds approx 65,000 points when designed it can show as see-through in the game. The course architect usually optimizes textures as they go along, but bunker lips can have high point counts and it would not take many to be missed for the count to exceed 65,000. |

Thank you jj. I have downloaded and used this new version and it works. BTW, I use windows 7 but my brother uses windows XP. This course worked from the beginning on his computer but not mine. I don't know if the operating system of the user has any effect on this course but I thought I'd let you know. Thanks again for the fix and keep the great courses coming. |

Correct. Windows XP goes to Version 9 and Windows 7 is Version 11. To check for yourself follow these steps.
Click Start, and then click Run. Type dxdiag, and then click OK. On the System tab, you will see the version of DirectX that is displayed on the DirectX Version line. |
