Is it possible to modify the stock PGA Tour, and add more course/tournnments?
Or, is is possible to create a new PGA Tour with all the tournaments?

ye it is possible, i think u need tw 06 and 07 installed on your pc aswell,im sure some 1 will answer with the full instructions
