I have added some custom balls into TW08, but for some odd reasion, the red colors turn to blue o_0 or just dont show up at all.
Can anyone help me fix this problem ? |

You will not see this ball in Game Face II, only in the game. This replaces the first (or top of the list) ball in Game Face.
So your player will have to use the first ball. ( The one on top of the list ). When you are using another ball from the list you will not see the custom ball in the game. |

Sorry I sould have made it clear, this is in game not game face :(
When i hit the ball theres no red colors and there replaced with blue outlines |

You added custom balls you created yourself, or custom balls you downloaded here ?
When you want to create custom balls:
Best way to start is to download one of the custom golfballs and edit the pic with photoshop ...paintnet or other program, you will have to save it as: .dds
For example start from the Popeye golfball:

It is .dds file....... and the size is: 512 x 128
When you are using photoshop you will have to download the dds plugin:

you aren't really ADDING a custom ball
you are EDITING one of the balls in the game
in gameface, choose the ball you are going to edit/change
add it to your player
then in ... My Documents\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Golfball
find and edit that ball using a graphics editor as mentioned above
save the xxxx.dds file to the Golfball folder
and you will see it in your game
other players will see the stock ball unless they also have the edited file in their My Documents folder |

Sorry I must not be making sence.
Ok.
I edited a ball, I know it wont show up in the game face, however when am playing, my ball as no red colors to it, even tho Its ment to have, its a old ball that i have downloaded for TW07, I use Paint.net to check the file was ok, its a skull with a flame background, however none of that shows up its just a skull with a blue outline of flame.
I have uploaded the ball itself to show you what its ment to look like.
I have made other balls to check and again, the red is removed from the ball and replaced with a blue outline. |

should be in a zip file
and a screenshot (;jpg, no bmp pls) of what it does look like in game might offer soem clues
offhand, sounds like your dds settings might be wrong |
