you mean how install the courses ? if so try TW caddie if that is 64bit try this

When you are playing TW08 you will have to use automatic installer TWCaddie08.
On Win7 you will have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator, some help on link below:

When you are playing TW07 or older you will have to use automatic installer CLsetup
( CLsetup07 for TW07........CLsetup06 for TW06...etc....)
When you installed CLsetup....on desktop right click CLsetup icon....choose Properties.....Compatibility....and on bottom check box: run as administrator
