help me if u can.

Recently my system became incredibly unstable after a windows 7 update and for some reason TW08 had to reinstall.
My problem now is when I start the game, it displays a small view centered in the middle of the screen and doesnt stretch to the borders of my 1920x1080 panel.
I looked in the game settings to maximize the display dimensions but it still is a little window on a big dsplay. Before the crash/reinstall it would spread to the entire display.
Can a guy get a lil help?

If it worked before, then it sounds like your Windows 7 update changed some of your PC settings (;which is why I have Windows updates SHUT OFF, lol). My suggestion would be reinstall the game once you are sure all TW 08 files and folders have been deleted.

Question: The games highest resolution is 1680 X 1050 I believe, so what were your previous settings that allowed you to play full screen like that? How is that even possible? My wifes PC has a 1920 X 1280 res screen, and theres no game setting that allows me to play TW 08 fullscreen.

I can't say I know how the display settings were configured previously in TW options cuz it just filled the display by default so I didn't need to check the values.

When u recommend deleting all TW08 files and folders, do you mean add-on courses, libraries, player data n stuff also?
I could try that again as tedious as it is.

When you said you reinstalled, I assumed you hadn't added a bunch of courses and libraries yet. I personally wouldn't delete all those files if you've spent time installing them all. That wouldn't be the issue anyway, it has to be some video setting or config file.

Hi...

Follow the steps below and check if it helps:

Step 1: Configure the following setting.

1) 1. Right Click on the shortcut icon of TW08.

2) 2. Under the shortcut tab, go to run .

3) 3. From the dropdown list, select Maximize .

4) 4. Click apply to apply the setting.

5) 5. Click Ok to confirm the change.

Check if this helps.

If not, try changing screen resolution.

Step2: Change Screen Resolution

To do so,

1. 1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel , clicking Appearance and Personalization , clicking Personalization , and then clicking Display Settings .

2. 2. Under Resolution , move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply
