Is there a way to add courses or tournaments to the internal career schedule? It used to be possible in earlier versions of the game, but I don't see it available in TW08.

All these add-on courses are wonderful and the creators are doing a marvelous thing,but I would like to incorporate them in the game, beside playing online with everyone else.
