Try this.. Uninstall ALL drivers.. shut down your machine.. Pull your card out and reseat it. Turn machine on and install updated drivers ONLY from Nvidia.

Just an fyi.. If all fails, you can contact Nvidia since this is not a coursedownloads or ea issue.

and paste it into your browsers address window.

It links you to a site that tells you how to troubleshoot errors associated with that dll .
