Are all required libraries installed Walt?
Past that, I had the same thing happen a couple days ago. I installed one course no problems, but it wouldn't play and I got that same error. Checked my courses folder and the installer somehow didn't create a new folder for the course when it installed. Check that as well. |

When you are using Win7 or Vista:
On desktop go to CLsetup.exe ( application ) Right click CLsetup.exe .....choose properties.....on top click: Compatibility....and on bottom check box: Run as administrator...and hit: Apply |

Forgive my ignorance, I'm not great at this stuff!
I am getting the missing libraries error, is there a download just for the libraries as opposed to downloading the courses?
I did not have any issues with this in TW 08
Thanks again! |

When you are on the course download page: On right side you will see a required library list, Just click on the missing libraryname ( text ), and download and install the library same way as you installed the course.
Also on top left side of coursedownloads you will see section: Libraries......inside you can do a search for any library. |

Just download the required libraries. Heres what I do when I install a new course: I stay on the page with the course and libraries after I download the course file. I then install the course. If any libraries are missing, it will tell you during the course install, and ask if you would like to see a list of which libraries are needed. Click yes, and a new page will come up listing the missing libraries. Its then very easy to download the needed libraries right from the course download page, theyre all listed on the right side. |
