| Hello everyone. I would like to know how some of you play Tiger 08. My main thing is finding out how you aim from the tee or a long way from the pin. I've been hitting the E key to get a much better look at where the ball is going to land as I can't really see from the tee. I have the overhead on but it doesn't seem to do much, I would like to use it to set my landing spot but all it seems to do is let me scroll around the course unless I'm missing something. I got my copy of the game from gamestop and never recieved the manual. Thanks for any tips. |

Hi.....
I use the E key aswell. When you left click on the overview map on any spot, you will have some info of the distance from your golfer and to the tee.
You can download the TW05 manual, it is about same as for TW08. Go to link below:

You're not missing anything, B-rad......... what you're asking for is a feature of the console and TWO versions of the game.
The Pc version ( commonly called 08), is much more like real golf..... you have to know how far your shot will go before you set your aim...... you cannot use an artificial marker to set your distance, you have to use "feel" if you're playing Truswing, or use the the 3-clk meter to hit your % of distance to land where you'ld like. |

hello to otto - hope things are well
use the manual linked earlier to find the reference keys
W to move forward
F to raise height
etc
the camera keys 1-0 also give oyu diff views
and you can edit them form the Main menu on bottom right in game |
