I downloaded from this site some players from the utilities page for TW08, and all are very well done, but one that is in the spanish notables archive, Jose Maria Olazabal, in named wrong Olazabel instead of Olazabal, and I tried to rename de folder and the .plr/ability files but in the game still appears like Olazabel. So my question is; Is there any way to solve this, hex editing or something? and if is, How?

You can modify a custom golfer by copying the attributes in the game face files in a document; completely delete the player from the game (including the files from Documents/Tiger Woods PGA tour 08/ career .plr and ability .aia .cal and .hal. Then create a new player in the game with the correct spelling, copy the attributes in the various game face items, save and the problem is gone!
