A bit of an embarrassment I must say, but I seem to
have lost my golf bag! I'm pretty sure there is a setting
to return it to the game screen, but I cannot for the life
of me find it.
HELP!!! |

Hi...
Try this:
Start TW08......on main screen go to: options......Video
Now change: Screen resolution......and choose: OK
Play 1 hole on any course.
Now go back to: Options....Video.....and set screen resolution back to the original settings. |

Certainly a member who DL'd them would be

When you downloaded the file, extract or unzip the file and you will see 30 folders with great players.
In each folder you will see instructions file how to install.
This is how you can do it, instructions below are for davidhowell (; not available anymore) but same procedure for other players:
To install custom golfers in TW game: (; for example: davidhowell)
Extract or unzip the downloaded zip file to a location: for example : Desktop
Now you will have a folder on desktop: 282davidhowell.
When you look in that folder you will see a new folder: Howell
dubble click this folder (;Howell) and inside you will see:
Folder named: David Howell
David Howell.aia
David Howell.cal
David Howell.hal
David Howell.plr
Now right click folder (;David Howell) and choose: Copy........and paste in next location: MyDoc/Tw08/Career/Players
Do the same with: David Howell.plr
(;So now folder David Howell+David Howell.plr will be in players folder)
Now right click : David Howell.aia.....choose copy.......and paste in next location: MyDoc/Tw08/Ability
Do the same with: David Howell.hal + David Howell.cal
(; So now .aia + .hal + . cal files will be in Ability folder )
Now start TW08 game, and on main screen click: Change Profile.....and you should find David Howell in the player list.
(;Note: you can find the folder: MyDoc....on you desktop it is called: My documents....
And inside you will see: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008 with inside Ability folder and Career/players folder |
