Seems that the one who sets handicap's for tournaments should have someone else figure his handicap. especially considering that this person leads the money list and fedex points. just an observation.

Well, since this site doesnt run any tournaments anymore, I know you arent talking about anyone on THIS site. Perhaps you should address your grievance with the handicap admin over at PGAX, which is the site I am assuming you are griping about.
