Hiya Ron.....
Not possible in TW08 game, however i remember there was a separate program ( forgot the name ) available and with that program it was possible to edit some clothing in Tw08 game.
It was a bit complicated because you had to start TW08 and also had to run the separate program at the same time to see the edited clothing. |

The name of the program is Texmod and it sucks.
What I'm wanting to do is make my own stuff without
having to run a program to do it. |

At present, there is no decompiler/compiler for textures of TW
I used to work for a long time to develop the game Mods, and work for graphic arts
and i asked to developers forum that exprienced in decompile/compile for Game Mods
to request creating tools for TW resources but they were not interested in TW

However, i guess Texmod is one of best and only solution for present |
