Am I correct in understanding that once the game is purchased and you receive the activation key, you can redownload the game as often as you wish? Including to a different platform or a secondary computer? Also, there seems to be little information or support for the game itself via the Portal. Where do you find additional information such as number of course available or tech support if needed?

There is no 2011 TW PC game, so you must be referring to another game. By mentioning in the Portal it sounds like you are talking about World Golf Challenge 2011. While we provide a forum thread for announcements about the game, tech support for it is not provided on this site.
