i just bought a new computer and it uses windows 7 . i cant get twcaddy to download at all. the website doesnt recognize my username or password. i tried loading the setup from my old computer but when im done i get error message saying twc is installed incorrectly.
i created a new account at coursedownloads.com , but i still cant get the program to download. any help would be appreciated.

Not sure I am quite understanding the issue. Where are you trying to download the Caddie program from? Are you trying to get it directly from the Utilities area?
