Hi! Im sorry for posting this here, but I cant find the appropriate forum for the question. I tried to install Tiger Woods 2001 on my laptop with XP as OS but it wont start. I tried using hte xp's Program Compatibility Wizard. The infopro says that I have low CPU-speed, cant find any drive space and the wrong OS. What to do? |

This are the minimum requirements, should be no problem:
SpecificationsMinimum Requirements P200 32MB RAM 4x CD-ROM 100MB hard disk Accelerated mode requires: PII 266 8MB D3D compatible 3D Card
You only need 100mb free space.......maybe it is the compatibly with xp ?....i am not sure though |

Yes, its definetly something with the OS, because my computer is of the newer kind so to speak BUT Microsofts own Program Compatibility Wizard dont even solve the issue. Thats why I wondered if anyone els have hade similar problems...and knew the answer. |

Hi Hank Does it list Windows XP under the useable OS on the back of the TW2001 gamebox. Windows XP was released in August 2001 and TW2001 was probably released well before that in 2000 and may not be compatible with Windows XP. It should list what OS you can use on the gamebox. Hope this helps. |

I actually managed to get it to work. I just had to replace a dll file. When I installed it again I saw a error massage reporting something wrong with at dll file anda when I replaced it, it started to work! |
