| As far as I know, nothing has changed since the last time this was asked. Tru wrote, "Course Source needs to finish this site before I can give them open access to the server to setup everything for their site." I am still uploading courses, although I hope to finish that tomorrow. Tru will need to finish doing the cleanup and renaming of the 2002-2004 courses. At that point, we would be able to give the Clambaker's staff the server access they need. I would imagine that by this weekend they will be able to get in and start the work they need to do to get the site back up. That is all I know at this point. |

Perhaps Frank or one of the staff could give some sort of update. I appreciate they cannot do anything until they have access but reassurance that Clambakers will continue would be good.

In the Clambakers Forum go to Important Announcements, then New Forum version and site

Hi Folks,
When the coursedownloads.com server had hardware problems a few weeks back, Clambakers was affected as well since we host on the same server. We are in the process of putting everything back in place for the site. It isn't all done yet but should be soon.
We did not lose any game data (other than for the tourney that was active when the site went down) but it seems we lost all the forum data for the 2010 season. I upgraded the phpBB forum software today but the data is as of the end of the 2009 season.
Please be patient as we get things working again.

| Thanks BG...you must be a VIP....lol...a few of us have been trying to log in to comment in the forum but it gives us a message that our user name is not recognized. We show up as an active meber on the "members list", but there is no way to ask for help without logging in. When I send email to the admins....it is returned stating that the email address is invalid. I know they are still working on the site, but maybe someone that can get through, can relay this message for me. My user name is "birdman1952"......thanks ! ! ! |

there's no relationship between member's list and forum, never has been

I too am not able to log in to the forum. I get the reason that my player is inactive. I also cannot send a PM to anyone over there unless I am logged in. I am wondering if, like the forum, where all the 2010 info was lost, that any player who joined in 2010 might be having the same problem. I have sent a PM to Carnoustie here, but so far he hasnt seen it. Anyone who is able to log in, please let the staff over there know of the problem?

you are in the member list, joining in may 2010
but not sure how DR has the connections between the member list with its login, the launcher (;should be same login i thought), and whatever was recoverable from the forum member database
i sent DR a message there, so he could come to this topic and provide more than my guesses :) |

| Haven't seen any updates lately in the Clambakers Forum. I have talked to a number of Clammies that joined in 2010, and none of us have been able to log in at the forum. Just thought I would pass that on just in case any of the Clambaker Admins see this post. |
