Has anyone made or is there a custom course that has the driving range and the putting green etc. I read about it in the architect manual (I think) and was interested to see if anyone has implemented them..

Earlier versions of the TW game had the option for going to the driving range and putting green, so archs could add those areas to their courses. But those features were removed from the TW game in later versions, including TW08. So there is no way to access those areas even if an arch were to take the time to design them on their course.
