I formerly had Windows Vista when playing TW08, but now I have Windows 7 with TW 08 installed, The problem is that at the start up of the game the video doesn't show, but a black screen instead.Is there a patch for this avaiable?

No there isnt and there wont be one since EA will not be putting any additional patches out for TW08. The video is not needed anyway, so it shouldnt be an issue that it doesnt run at startup. I would recommend using the /NOINTRO option for TW08 and you wont even see that black screen appear.
