| I've been in the form and looked trying to find what the update is on novice? To no avail I guess I'm one of those who have pissed off the staff (andy) who doesn't care to the point of I'm no better than novice, but I quialifed for expert. I've put in trouble tickets not to be unanswered, cause they were ignored and not answered? I guess my biggest grip is I just want to play golf. I understand that they are working hard, but it seems like it's only Andy and Jimbo. I don't like being called impataint and I don't like being looked like abn idiot (help tickets shoutbox or form) I have probly pissed off some people really don't care joined may 10 10 all I get is just wait?? If people would takie the time to explain via e-mail or help ticket to explain whats going on would'nt be so bad instead of being treated like leppers?? It's frustating not to know and the best they can offer is check the forms! I've payed my dues as 5/10 and hav'nt played yet so when comes next may ya'll are going to want me to ante up again? So if you are trying to sell players on this concept you'r failing (IMHO) I will not renew next year and very disappionted not because of the site, but treated like second class! I wish I could have measured up, bur other peoples opione got in the way. I miss playing tournaments, but not to the point of being talked to ruedly or inferior and where do I ask questions??? |
