I just downloaded red wing golf course and long pines golf course and they aren't showing up in my menu of courses . i followed the directions for installing courses and have had others work fine . any suggestions ? or does anyone know if these courses are just bad ?

now i got a whole list of courses not showing up in my course menu.... is there anyone still playing 99 or am i asking to much ( i cant get 08 to install right , check the forum on my problem for that)

I don't have TW1999 so I can't try downloading and playing the courses you mentioned. Hope you can solve your problem with TW2008, you will see a huge improvement once you are playing TW2008. Good luck.

What version of Windows are you using? If you are using Vista or Win 7 are you running TW99 as an Administrator?

im running vista in the most basic setup ( windows classic) and yes i am the administrator

For clarification...are you running the program as an Administrator (are you right clicking the program icon and selecting Run As Administrator)?

This may seem basic but you are a little vague and its many years since a lot of people on here played TW 99, are the courses in their unzipped state in the courses folder? Have you checked that there is actually something iside the folder, are the folders named as the courses are, try posting screenshots of what you have see if that helps us to help you.

yes the courses are unzipped and in the folder , they look just like ones that work and there are alot now that Ive downloaded that dont show up in the menu ... its been years since Ive done a screenshot (forgot how ) tell me how but i dont think that will help but ill try it ... by the way im playing this because im having problems with 08 as well( i have that problem posted as well )
