When installing TW08 @ 98% I get an error message " EASO\TW\images\courses\headerTW.png not found". and am forced to cancel install.

Hi...
EASO (EAsports online) servers for TW08 are down for good now.
Maybe that is the reason why you recieve error message.
When you install TW08 game you will have question with option to install online components: choose: NO

Yes...Easo servers for online play are down for good.

But maybe you can try PGAX:
