Waaaaaay too late now, but after all these years why didn't EA ever learn to pull the flag on for instance a totally flat, straight and visible 10' putt. I just lost a birdie on that putt that was definitely soft enough to drop. The ball bounced back leaving 2 inches. For that matter the flag should be pulled after the first touch, even on blind shots, as it no longer serves any (legitimate) purpose - for every ping shot saved by the pole or flag there are a few might've-gones if it hadn't been there.
