| Ok as all of you now I reduced the myZIP file size to 1 MB for everyone who hadn't contributed after April 1st. I have increased all members myZIP file size to what it was before the latest donation drive, meaning if you had 300 MB before you now have 300MB again. Thank you all for raising enough funds to keep this site running even if EA shuts down the 08 online servers. |

| Well........i've donated twice, and everything is working fine. However, when I want to download files from earlier versions like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07(Southern Hills, Carnoustie, Oakmont), the my.Zip file won't start. I checked and I can download from the 08 version. What can I do about this? |

| hi all is there a set value on the donation, or is it just what ever people deem a generous amount, just one more thing is this site the best on the web or not even though i havnt managed to get anything to work yet, i,l keep trying though lol. |

There is no value set on the donation.
You have problems with installing courses ? What version are you playing TW08 or TW07.....TW06 or older ?
We will send you some help when wre know what version you are playing.
Are you using Xp....Vista or Win7 ? |

| hi thanks for replying so prompt, i,m using win 7 ultimate 64 bit, i was alittle concerned because on the caddie information screen it says you need to have either xp or vista theres no mention of win7 so i was worried that my mainframe wouldnt be compatable, please tell me that it is compatable because ive just got rid of vista for win7 and it would be just my look, all i know about trying to download courses is that it keeps saying filepath denied, you might be able to shed more light on that, i mean it could be that i have not donated yet which i certainly will do because i think this site for a big tiger woods gmae fan like me is just simply fantastic,and i thank every last one of you who keep this site going. one last point i have all the tiger woods games on pc from 2004 onwards, i look forward to any information you could give me and once again thanks for you for the time you took to reply. |

Hi...
Yes it should work with Win 7.
On link below you can download the version for vista64 and XP64
http://www.coursedownloads.com/twinstaller.asp
Be sure to install as Administrator:
Right click TWCaddie.exe file.... and install as administrator
Also turn off UAC, user account control )
When you didn t install as administrator, try this:
It is for Vista, but should work for Win7 aswell:
The program needs to have permission from the first time you install it. UAC Creates registery entries for each individual user and denies access to the keys Tiger Woods 08 uses to read courses from.
Simply put here is how to fix every single issue that Vista users have encountered. MAKE SURE THE PROGRAM HAS ADMINISTRATION PRIVILEGES.
So how do you do that you ask?
Browse to the folder you installed TW Caddie 08 usally:
C://Program Files/CourseDownloads.com/TW Caddie 08
Locate the following file:
TW Caddie 08.exe
(VISTA 64 BETA)
TW Caddie 08 Vista 64.exe
Right Click on that file and select Properties.
With properties Open select the tab labeled Compatibility
In the Compatibility screen you will see a option near the bottom that says:
Run This Program as Administrator
Check the box and click Apply and then OK. As the manual says you the program MUST BE RAN AS AN ADMINISTER. IN XP just being logged in as an Admin is enough. Vista on the other hand you have to tell it to run as an Administer.
This has fixed 99.9% of all reported problems with TW Caddie and Vista.
