| hi guys whats happening two days ago your target was $291.85 an today its gone up again to$691. 81, i have 300mb but cant download courses and the link you gave me yesterday does not work. |

Did you happen to notice that the values you are seeing are in parenthesis? That means that the goal is now a negative number, meaning we reached the goal. That is why the numbers continue to increase. As more people continue to give, we are building reserves because we have already surpassed the $2500 goal. So that explains that point.
I looked at your account and you do not have 300 MB on your MyZip. I also checked our donations and unless you donated under a different email address than what is currently on your account, you did not donate during this donation drive. That is why you do not have 300 MB as your MyZip. Since we have reached our goal, TruBluMich will be setting everyone who has donated in the past to a 60 MB limit and others to a 30 MB limit. I don't know when that will happen so you will need to be patient. If you did donate under another email address, you will need to send one of the staff members a PM with your transaction ID from PayPal and the email address you used to donate so we can verify.
In the meantime, you can still manually download each file for a course individually and install each file individually. That has not changed. |

I contributed 25.00 on March 2 and my limit was set at 300 and I had the shout box. when this drive started I now am back to the old way. I would think that if you run a drive every 6 months that a donation would be good for at least that long. However I got only 30 some days...:( I have sent (2) pm's to 2 different staff members regarding this, and have recieved no reply. If you are only going to allow it from one drive to the next then the donation tab should not work except during donation drives. And I realize everyone will be set back to 60 as soon as they can, but just feel I should have had a longer time frame with the 300. Thanks.
