I am Amazed this is not a big topic here.
What are Coursedownloads plans for TW08 to be shut down on May 11?
Is Coursedownloads going to keep this site up and set up ways for us to play IP to IP and what about league ladder tournament play?
Or are we just SOL and need to move on?

If you look at the main page of the site, there is an announcement concerning this very topic. We are exploring options as far as the CDT goes. Please be patient. Right now our best answer is (concerning the CDT) - we don't know.

| I hear ya all on the custom courses but now if the designers continue to put them out where will we be able to download them at ? yes it all does stink they just shut down tw 07 last february and now poof a couple of months later lets pull the plug on tw 08. Its not fair !!! |

| I presume that course designers will still be able to upload courses to coursedownloads.com. It just means that after May 11 they will not be playable on-line via the EA servers, you will still be able to play them on your own computer. I am confident that a way round this problem will be found. |

Could something be done on the same
method that Clambakers do?
It will be devastating to loose Online
TW2008.

| They have a separate launcher setup that can play without EASO. You still need TW08. |
