| I am purchasing a new computer and I've read a few post on this site discussing issues with Tiger Woods 2008 and Windows 7 and it seems the general consensus is that the game runs in Windows 7 (though not without some issues...). Since I only own the 06 version of the game, I guess my question would be; Does Tiger Woods 06 run on Windows 7(64 bit) and will I be able to continue to download the superb courses created on this site? Thanks in advance for all your help! |

| Just tested TW2006 for you. Plays OK on my Windows 7 32 bit including a downloaded course Crestlawn GC. Can't tell you if it will work in 64 bit. |

Hi. Noob here.
TW06 runs on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop with no problems. No special admin privleges or compatibility modes needed.
Edit: And to answer your next question, TW06 + Windows 7 + Xpadder + Xbox360 Controller = AWESOME!
If anyones interested in setting this up, Ill start a how-to thread on how to map keys in Xpadder and upload my own profiles so you guys can save two hours on button mapping and play right away, modding them however you like later. |
