Hello
Over the last 4 days when playing online the game shuts down completely 3x
have attached error problem,any help would be appreciated

Hey man...
The nvd3dum.dll refers to an Nvidia driver for your graphics card...
The exception code c0000005 seems to refer mostly to memory...
...so... it could be reinstalling drivers will correct the issue,
could be the graphics card itself, could be RAM...
I would try to update the graphics drivers (;NEWEST VERSION) from the Nvidia site first,
if that doesnt help, possibly run Memtest, and see what that says...
**This is a known problem at the Nvidia forums... google search nvd3dum.dll

No offense fedex...but the newest drivers is not always the anwser
After install an GeForce 9800 GT. I had to install and unistall about
5 different drivers to find one that would work with TW 08 and my FPS
games. I finally am using the one released in June of 09. Seems to work
with everything. nVidia has added a bunch of unnessery software to there
drivers...like the Physic X stuff...That fellow needs to read the info
that the driver will do that he wants his computer to do...Also google
and look for DriveSweeper app...Uninstall your present driver(only) IN
SAFE MODE...reboot...run driversweeper...install your chosen driver...
then run the test in dxdiag...repeat untill you find a driver that works
for you...Hope this helps

I agree about the newer driver not always being the way to go dawg, none taken, and glad you got yours figured out...
But i think its a good place to start, especially if they
havent been updated at all... its possible for it to be that simple, and would
save a lot of time and effort... :)
Im not familiar with drivesweeper, i have not found a driver scanner utility
that i trusted or liked yet...
