Anyone ever try to run 08 on a Linux system? This could be the make or break on a full switch-over for me...lmao

I was able to run Tiger Woods on Linux(Suse) using Wine. The game ran OK, but there were some lag issues, on the 07/08 versions. As for Linux ,I really like it, if you want to install it without worry, try the Wubi installer.

That's good news... I've been trying out the Ubuntu version, I like it a lot... Wine is awesome, I can run Photoshop, and if i can get 08 to work...ITS ON... ***Wonder about the CA ???*** If that's all I have to use VM for...WooHoo !!!
Did you install into Windows with Wubi, or you using dual boot ? |

I'm not sure about the C/A as I don't design courses. I tri boot, XP. Linux and windows 7 , and do most things on Linux, learn a few commands an away you go! The Wubi installer is great for people who want to try another OS or dual booting. Once you get the hang of Linux there is much chance of going back to windows! |
