Could someone plese tell me why there are no crowds in 08 course downloads? I just me missing something.

Depends on the course... I'll only add galleries if the course is hosting a real-life tournament around the time of release.

But it's really up to the designer. Also, don't forget that you will need a CLS in the course folder even if the course does have galleries, they won't show up without that.
