| I read some of the posts and saw that the CE 2006 has to recognize all the courses from both games (06 and 07). I just wanted to know is all the courses from 2006 have to go to 07? The CE 2006 still has to stay in the "BIN" for 2006 and not to be placed in 2007's "BIN" folder? I just wanted to install of this correctly. I appreciate anyone's help on this. |

| I wrote a procedure for using the Career Editor in TW06 to setup a career path to be played in TW07. It is posted in this forum and the other offline forum in Tiger Woods Community Forum. I know first hand that this procedure works because I play the Tour in TW07 with mostly custom courses. You have to have the complete course with all libraries installed in TW07 but you only need the course file installed in TW06 to make it work. The career editor for TW06 remains for all time in TW06. I hope that helps. |

| bperic, the only thing you can do is create European CPU golfers, and then insert their player files in whichever folder you wish (EA Tour, Amateur Tour, PGA Tour). Theirs will be the names you see on the leaderboard when you play tournaments. |

Thanks :) Can you just tell me two more things:
1) How to make .plr file? Is there a special program or some other way?
2) I will format my disk in a few weeks and would like to continue career I played on TW08 and career I will start shortly in 07 with custom tour. Which files I should save before formating my drive so I could continue the game on fresh hard drive? Is it just files with the name of my player? And how much those files are there, I saw there is more than just one. |

bperic, the plr file is generated when you create a new golfer. When you create a golfer, you can edit his abilites and then turn him into a CPU opponent. After that, its simply a matter of transferring the newly created plr file and inserting it in the appropriate folder to be used in tournament play. I created 200 PGA pros last year and that file is available here:

If you check out the Read me file, it should give you a good idea of where the various folders are located. If you have specific questions, youre welcome to PM me. BTW, newly created plr files, along with the files you want to save when you reformat, are located: My Documents / TW 08 / Career / Players. |

This PGA Players Update is great thing, i can't wait to star playing career with real tournament in custom season and more players :)
Now I go to create a Custom Tour, a lots of work, but it is worth of it :)

| I want to make PGA Tour Custom calendar ... I installed all the courses with libraries on TW07, and they said I should install only Courses in TW06 without the libraries ... but when I start installing the course in TW06 career editor it asks me for libraries needed for that specific course. can anyone tell me short tutorial of how to install just courses in TW06? i tried just to copy it from TW07 but it wont works. |

Hi....
When you installed the courses +libraries in TW07 you used:
Course utilities07....or automatic installer: CLsetup07
Same way to install courses in TW06 game.
When you want to install the courses + libraries in TW06 you will have to do it with:
Course utilities06....or automatic installer: CLsetup06
You can find course utilities06 in the bin folder:
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06\bin

| Yes,I did it just like that, but someone here said that I need to install the courses and libraries for TW07 and just the courses for TW06, so I could play Custom PGA Tour on TW07. But, when I try to install just courses in TW06 with CE for 06 it asks me for the libraries for those courses. Must I install all the libraries for TW06, too? Or it can be done, like someone here said, just with courses? |

| You don't have to install the libraries in TW06 when creating a custom schedule. You can install courses without them using both the clsetup06 and course utilities. I have done this many times. |

And just one more thing ... since you are site admin :) I would please if you can change the name of my country. There is no Yugoslavia any more, now it is Serbia or Montenegro ... so if you can please change that in options to choose, so I could put that I am from Serbia :)

Hi,
We don t have the Serbia or Montenegro flag in database yet, and i don t have the skills and power to do that...lol.
Maybe siteowner or other administrator will update the database later with some new flags....lol. |
