For some reason i cant get to the easo page. Tw'08 loads fine and after i click on the play online my screen goes solid black and will not load the easo sign in page. it continues to play music in the background but a black screen is all i get. the game plays fine offline but not online. before this happened i needed a type of java to run a program and afer installing the java this is when i discovered that i cant get EASO. so i uninstalled the java and the software that required the java. i also uninstalled TW and reinstalled it. still no fix. i also did a system restore.still no fix. can anyone help.Thanks and you can email me (chiefeng66@comcast.net) or just reply to the post. i'll keep checking for solutions...thx

| Maybe try going to desktop and back... not really a tech fix but you never know. ALT+TAB |

Hi...
Not sure this is the problem, but there was a problem with one of the updates and TW EASO,if you install IE7 update KB 942615 it breaks EASO,if you have auto updates active and find you cant connect to EASO uninstall update KB 942615.

Hi ....
You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the online components seperate ( no need to uninstall TW08 game ):
When you want to uninstall....and reinstall online components:
To uninstall online components:
go to folder: ea sports online
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\EA SPORTS online
inside you will see icon: Easouninstaller
Click: Easouninstaller icon , and online components will be removed
To reinstall online components:
Go to your DVD drive with TW08 game......right click DVD drive and choose: Browse or explore
(Or dubble click DVD drive )
Now on TW08 DVD look for folder: Common Easo
Inside Common Easo folder, you will see: Easo installer
Dubble click: Easo installer........and online components will be reinstalled.
