Just a quick question, does permission have to be obtained to build and upload a real course from the golf club?

I've only heard of 1 instance where there was any trouble between the course and the designer. There's a thread about this topic somewhere also.

I have not obtained any permission for my courses and have yet to have any problems.

if i remember right the issue was that the designer asked the club in question if they could supply info etc on the course and the club wrote back saying they prefer him not to use there course in tiger woods.
