I'm using Vista 32 and TW 2008.
I downloaded Augusta 2008 (the two versions).
When I installed it, it tells me that I'm missing things like fences, birds sounds, and two other seemingly pretty insignificant stuff, and the installation is a success.
Once I get in the game, I got the course, the text is fine, the logo is fine, but when I try to tee up, a message tells me that TW can't find the course file. Does anyone know what could be wrong? |

That ``pretty insignificant stuff`` that you mention (;fences, bird sounds, etc) is actually essential stuff. You did not install the required libraries that are needed for the course. While the course file installation was a success, it will not play without these required libraries.
If you go back to the course page, you will see a section that lists all of the required libraries that you need to download and install in order for the course to work. Without those, the courses will not run and you will either get the error you are seeing now or your game will crash back to the desktop. |
