| just reloaded tw back on pc after crash when i loaded game and try ed to play online it tells me my membership is recognized but my game is not registered when i try to register game it says my software code is already in use this cant be as i bought game from store and its not left the house |

| I've had the same problem for over a year now. I bought my copy from direct2drive. The registration key they gave me worked fine for installing the game but not for easo. I've sent multiple emails to ea and direct2drive and the only bit of help I've received was a link to a f.a.q. which detailed "instillation issues." Needless to say it was of no help. I've bent over backwards trying to get this game to work for online play. Because, I would love to play in these tournaments that coursedownloads.com run. But, I've already conceded the fact that I won't be playing online. Unfortunately, you might want to as well. I've searched the internet far and wide, looking for anybody else with this issue. Apparently, we might be the only two. :( |

| One reason could be that the game was pre-owned and the previous owner had registered for online play. EASO will only let you register a game once for online play. |

its not a pre owned issue with me as i played online with game b4 pc crash and i re-booted,i think i have registerd the game twice

| I strongly suggest contacting EA Support. They are really the only ones that have the ability to check into online account and key issues |

| could be wrong but I think if you go to my account from the EASO login page you should be able to get to the games you have registered and their codes. |

go to http://support.ea.com
then search for Game Not Registered

To check if the game is registered to your account, follow the steps provided below:
1. Go to the account management page
2. Login with your EA Account name
3. Confirm your password
4. Click the 'My Games'tab
All your registered EA games should be listed on the page. |
