www.howiesfunware.com/ This is what I use. its free and works good. When you get there, just clik on Misc. Software on left side of page, then download Howies Quick Screen capture tool.

Just hollar if you need more help.

Or, you can just hit print screen key on your keyboard and open paint and select edit and paste. ; )
