This looks pretty cool. I am an avid recreattional disc golfer, and have been on and off for years. I've really gotten into it more in the last 3 years with my son. He has just played in his first PDGA event this spring. It's a lot of fun, and it's mostly free. You can get a starter set of discs for about $30 US. Like ball golf, there is lots of skill strategy, and cool physics.
I don't know if anyone else here plays, but everyone who has a chance should give it a try. There are tons of resources and vidoes out there on the web.
If you think it's goofy, that's ok with me. I know it is, that is kind of part of the fun. Go watch some pros play it live, and you just might be impressed. |

That looks real cool, and maybe it will help the sport grow some with it being on the WII now. We have a disk course here in Gainesville FL, but Ive never tried it out, but it does interest me enough to try it out someday. The game on the WII would be good exercise for my wife, and since see lost her ability to walk. I look out for things that are fun for her while giving her exercise. Dont have a WII yet, but we want to get one for just that reason.....
This makes me want to see some of the pros play, and see just how good they are. I bet they are pretty good with them disk, and can shape them disk anyway they want to. Going to google this later today, and see if I can find some videos on the web.......

| Actually I just heard it from inside sources that after his come from behind victory at the Masters that EA has decided to delay the release so they can add 5 new Cabrera-proof'd courses. |
