Hi everyone...

I have a glitch and need help...!

When I open the PGA tour mode and click on the calender to choose a scheduled
round to play all the rounds take place on ONE custom course only...!!!
The only event that is scheduled at another course is the final event of that calendar year.
How can I fix the randomization of courses regarding the calendar events....?

and yes..., I have installed many custom courses... Do you think this could
be the problem, and if it is, is there a way for me to work around this glitch...?

Thanks in advance...

If you're just starting Tour Mode with a Novice golfer (Hack Tour), the first several events take place on the same course. It's not until you get further into the season that you get to play other courses. Is that the issue?

Yes Sir indeed...

I can not recall what my difficulty level is set to... but will check tonight when i get home and play... Would it change anything if i do set the difficulty level...??? or should i just progress from one year to the other...???

If youve just started the Tour Mode as an amateur and are playing the Hack events, youll have several events youll have to win. After that, you graduate to the EA Sports Tour, followed by the Pro Tour.

If you want to go directly to the PGA Tour, youll have to create a new golfer and set him up as a PRO, rather than a AMATEUR. All other difficulty setings make no difference.

Hey Bangus,

Thank you for all your help, I'm fairly new to all of this and it is nice to actually communicate with someone that knows what they are talking about, it's also satisfying
to chat to someone that can supply guidance and general advice regarding hickups and
glitches encountered during installation or game play...

You seem to be an old hand at TW Pga Tour gaming and community forums etc...

Therefore I would just like to thank you for all your help and advice...
Enjoy playing and I hope to see you online one day...
Is the online play really worth it and if so what makes it to be...?

Kind regards,
Mnumzane....

Thanks for the kind words, Mnumzane. I've never played online. I've thought about it, given the best times I had cyber golfing were with a couple of friends back in the early 90's. I think it was an EA game -- Pro Tour '93 or something. The one fellow's wife and kids would head out to her parents for the weekend, and we three boys would play golf non-stop Friday night to Sunday afternoon. She'd get home just in time to clean up the mess we made all weekend. :)
