I'm just wondering. Is there a way to make custom players using cyberfaces like in other EA games? Like using players bio pictures from the internet to make them.

No there is not. You would have to use the GameFace feature that is in TW and manually try to get the face/body to look like the person you want. There is no way to import a photo and have it mapped to a body like in the console games.
