| The smart money HAS to go with Harrington and Tiger. My dark-horse would be Sergio. Im 100% on board with what Jim Nance said about him this week. Another two darkhorses would be Norman and Ive always liked Retief Goosen. |

Although the lads from down-under are my arch rivals i have a feeling an Aussie will take it so my money is on Geoff Ogilvy he has played some real steady golf, although he had a bit of a wobbly last week.
Retief i fancy as well, his game appears to be coming together after a long walk in the wilderness. Ernie a dark horse, maybe, but i don't think his game is there yet.
All i can say is Augusta is a course for the master craftsman and not the young apprentice so i don't fancy any of the relatively new kids on the block.
And if anyone is in the lead on Sunday with Tiger coming from behind please don't psych out and fade away.... |

Geoff Ogilvy is playing some good golf here lately, and N. Watney is playing good too........
Would love to see Norman do something special with all the bad he had happen at the Masters, and Im loving watching Player go through Amens corner right now.Gary Player hit a great put a few minutes ago........
Who knows whos going to win, but I just hope we got drama come Sunday.........

| After this years Augusta Gary Player would have spent a year at Augusta, 52 tournaments = 52 weeks = 1 year |

EDIT:
It is amazing what pressure does to a persons ability to perform under the gun. I can not even think what it is like to try to win an event like this.
Tiger Woods is just amazing that is all I can say, how he handles himself under the gun.
He is like a prize fighter going for a knock out. Nobody else in golf today is even close. Harrington is getting better, but lets not forget the double burn from Carnoustie. Mickelson is also getting better, however he should have won this tournament today!

WOW What a Sunday of watching golf at the Masters. Phil was playing some lights out golf the front 9, but lost his mojo after the mistake on the 12th. Get par there, and Phil maybe goes on to win the Masters, I think. Tiger made a serious push too, and it was very cool to watch with the coverage online & with CBS HD.........
Was pulling for Perry, but was still happy for Cabrera to get his first Masters. Hopefully Perry will get his before he is done with his career, and with Perry's age. I'd usually think this would be his last chance, but he is actually playing the best golf of his life right now, and could still get it this year. I will be pulling for him to do so.
Until next years Masters............

I was pulling for him to win too but if he keeps throwing up on himself he'll never get that major title. Too bad too. I don't think that Cabrera won it as much as Perry lost it. |

| KP and I share the same alma mater, Western Kentucky University from round the same years. He is very down-to-earth, still hangs out in the country store in the neighboring county where my wife is from. It broke my heart to seem him go down in the playoff. He seems to be a true good sportman, and I would expect the 2nd place to really motivate him. Watch him in the FedEx cup race. |
