Well I humbly apologise for ruining your online fun and wish you luck in whatever else you decide to do.

p.s. A big thank you to the guys that set the rounds for the tour week in week out Im sure most players appreciate it.

In Bill's defense, I too have personally send a message to the course setter about the 30 second shot clock and he told me he wasn't aware that it was a problem and would change it in the future. The next week (and each week after) it is still 30 seconds.

THANK YOU ROUND SETTERS! JustBill@k1 your resignation has been accepted, and you will be removed from the tour, thank you for playing.

NOW THE CORRECT WAY TO ASK...

TITLE = Attention Tour Round Setters

Could you please set the round timer to 90 seconds, the 30 second timer makes it very difficult to play online against a FRIEND. I understand that setting rounds you can sometime forget this, but I really would appreciate it if you could make sure this is increased when setting rounds. Thank you for helping set rounds.

That is quite a nice attitude to have towards all of these people who graciously donate their time, and many of them money as well so that the rest of us can enjoy the game. Links was a very good game till the developer decided to discontinue it. These communities that support these games with tours downloads and custom content really do so for extending the fun of the game to others.

I dont think there is anything wrong with what I said, and I do happen to think the work these guys do is terrific. but if they had an email address that I could have emailed them about the situation then Iam sure it would have been fine.Iam not the only 1 that feels that way about the 30 second timer, if advanced and novice arent on 30 seconds why should intermediate.when your playing in a group and you have a 30 second timer it is impossible.it always pops up in middle of your putting aim and then thats that.So dont condemn me for voicing my opinion, I do have a right or dont I? and yes the manufacturer on 2k did pull the plug ,but if you know what you are talking about everyone went to a different site and played where it was mostly controled by 2 people and then that was the end most of us came to tiger woods.I see that my voicing my opinion is a no no here,or maybe only if you agree. Not looking to argue with anyone,an yes I have spoken about 30 second timer before and 1 of the tour directors agreed and said he will talk to the guy who sets it up. so enough said God Bless you all

Are none of these posters aware that you can simply ignore the clock (as long as your partner doesn't disqualify you)?

I may be wrong.... cause I have been ONCE....hehe but I believe they are saying you have an opinion, and can voice it but at least be courteous, especially to those that you want something from. The very fact that they left your 1st post and didnt boot you off right then and end your posting priviledges should tell you they value others opinions. I just think your "approach" was just a little strong Bill.

What I dont value is people opinions if they are voiced in a demeaning and hurtful manner. As for email addresses, I have no plans of EVER adding an email address for members to send support questions to. Reason is simple, we all have a private message area on the site that allows members to send PRIVATE messages to the staff. Before reading this post I had NO IDEA this was a problem and if I had Im sure Rob or myself would have addressed it. When someone posts a message that basically says thanks to a volunteer on this site for ruining the game, I get a little upset and am more prone to ignore the problem, as every staff member on this site will do.
