Here's some good news for our Flemish friends: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7919429.stm I'll quote the last paragraph: "Earlier studies of his suggest that whilst the spiritual home of golf might be Scotland - records indicate the Belgians were also playing a recognisable form of that sport before people in Britain." And I always thought it was Dutch :( |

Chips, with mayonaise, brilliant. Belgium was the first place Id seen that and its spawned a lifetime habit. Blankenburg in 1970 btw. And dont forget Leffe and Thiis Van Leer (;SP?).
