Hi Guys, In the last few days I cant play online.I can get on to the Homepage, But once I click on Messenger it does not show any names & also says Reconnect.I click Reconnect & nothing happens.When I try & go in to a lobby room nothing happens.I looked for KB 942615 but never found it in add & remove maybe because I have SP3 ? I then Changed the IFRAME in Notepad as suggested in the other sticky post, But still cant get in to Lobby room.Ive ran CC cleaner & also did a Virus check & turned off firewall.
Im running XP home SP3

| Hi, I've looked in add & remove & have "Show Updates" ticked.The problem I may have is that I have SP3 & with the KB 942615 being a SP2 download then it maybe moved in to another file & will not show-up in Add & Remove ? |

| if it was KB 942615 you would not be able to see any part of EASO,so thats not the problem,it may just be an EASO outage. |

| Do you think it maybe something to do with my Netgear Router ? Do I need to Forward the ports to play online all thou I've never had to do this before in 5 years of playing the game online. |

| make sure altJabber.exe and sportswrapper.exe are running in the task manager,the only other thing I can think of is make sure your flashplayer is uptodate. |

Hmm in Windows Task Manager I don't see any altJabber.exe or sportswrapper.exe ?
I'll update flash.Maybe it would be better to delete & then reinstall the game ? |

When you can t find the online components:
It is possibble to reinstall the online components seperate, no need to reinstall the whole game:
When you want to uninstall....and reinstall online components:
To uninstall online components:
go to folder: ea sports online
C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\EA SPORTS online
inside you will see icon: Easouninstaller
Click: Easouninstaller icon , and online components will be removed
To reinstall online components:
Go to your DVD drive with TW08 game......right click DVD drive and choose: Browse or explore
(Or dubble click DVD drive )
Now on TW08 DVD look for folder: Common Easo
Inside Common Easo folder, you will see: Easo installer
Dubble click: Easo installer........and online components will be reinstalled.

Yes I can see the 3 of them once Im online.Once I put in my password & user name online & then click on the Login Button, It loads for about 10 seconds before it lets me on & then all I can do is view the Top 10 clubs & cant do anything else.

Yes they are both in this folder. It looks like Ill need to try what your suggesting about the online drives.All those this is weird I do remember this happening to me before & to make things even more strange, this computer is a new build that I did 2 weeks ago. |

| OK I've removed that File you where saying Gunpower & all thou it did make me login faster & also see other players names in my messenger it keeps saying " THE ROOM LIST CANNOT BE DELIVERED FROM THE SERVER" when I click on a Lobby, But it did let me in to 2 Lobbys & now NoN again :o(....I think it maybe best to Install the whole game again as it only takes 10 mins to setup. |

| Well just deleted the old 08 & Installed it again & still same problem.Some software programme i have must be conflicting with it :o( |
