| For the last few weeks when I am in CA 2004 and I right-click a texture and click properties, the program freezes and I get a windows message saying that CA has encountered a problem and needs to close. This has only been happening for the last while, any solutions? |

First off, this would be a good add to the new FAQ section.
To start out, go here:
C/Program Files/EA Sports/Course Architect/
Delete the folder labeled "Swap Files."
Next, I would recommend installing the CLTool, so you can cloak libraries that you are not using. If you have too many libraries installed, this will keep happening. |

| I downloaded the 04 CLTool and cloaked a bunch of libraries but I still have the problem. There is no program files folder for CA 2004, so I cannot find or delete the swap files. |

there has to be a program folder :)
do a search in C: for Architect.exe assuming most of your programs are on the C drive |

Swap files in the TW 2004 program folder. Backup file than delete this file and this should fix Ca.

| I made a backup for the swap files then deleted them from the TW 2004 folder. When I tried texture properties on CA, the status bar said "creating thumbnails", and after a minute it crashed again. There is no program files folder for CA 2004. The Course Architect 2004 application is located at C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004\Bin\architect.exe. anything else I can do? |

The CA can only handle 40-45 libraries, use the 04 CLTool and leave that amount of libraries for the CA. May sure you don't have missing libraries for your course.

| OK, so I cloaked all the libraries i wasn't using. Now I have 31 visible libs, and another 28 cloaked ones. I'm still having the crash though. If there's no other hope, I suppose I could live with this problem, but I want to be able to fix this. |
